Black Ops Hypnosis Coping with Breakup How Can I Get My Girlfriend Back

As I tried coping with breakup, I wondered what could I do to get my girlfriend back? This question was burning in my mind. On the phone she had said she thought we should move on with our lives. I asked what she meant and got the answer I was dreading: "I don't think we should see one another anymore," she said. "But we can still be friends." I remember freezing. I tried to speak, but became tongue tied. My lack of confidence was apparent. All this time I was thinking: I don't want to lose my girlfriend, and if I do, how can I get my girlfriend back?

After much pleading with my girl to explain her change of heart, she finally spelled it out for me. I lacked confidence. In short, I was a wimp. The question now posed was how would I gain confidence? It so happened that around this time I had developed an interest in self hypnosis. I had read several volumes on the subject but had never actually tried it out on myself.

This was an opportunity. I could increase my self confidence through self hypnosis. Why not? There were documented cases of women giving birth in a hypnotic state. There were even amputations performed, using only hypnosis. Esdaile, for example, had practiced as a surgeon in India during the 1830s, and he had performed hundreds of amputations using only hypnosis as an anesthetic.

Chloroform was not available to Esdaile. When he returned to England, he was severely criticized for using a practice not recognized by the medical establishment. So I reasoned that if hypnosis could be used with such phenomenal results, why could it not be used to build confidence? How would it work? I vaguely understood hypnosis, but I had questions about self-hypnosis.

Even if I could put myself in a trance, how would I get out of it? Did I run the risk of staying in a perpetual sleep, a kind of coma? With more reading I discovered that there was a definite design for self hypnosis.

Here is a pattern that works:

Prepare an affirmation and print it on a card. It should be brief, in the present tense and contain no negative terms. An example would be "I am always confident."

*Sit in a chair facing a wall. Gaze at an imaginary spot on the wall.

*Hold up the card with your affirmation, reading the card silently.

*Begin counting backward from 10 to 1. Take deep breaths slowly.

*When you reach one, you tell yourself that you are entering a relaxed state and your head falls forward.

*You drop the affirmation card, but the affirmation continues to circulate in your consciousness.

*You tell yourself you will go deeply into this state and that in three-five minutes you will feel a strong urge to wake up. It is a though someone is calling you.

*You begin counting up from 5 to 1 and when you reach one, you will be wide awake and feel super confident.

I tried this for two weeks and made periodic checks on my confidence level. I discovered I was doing things I never thought I could do. I discovered that I loved downhill skiing, jujitsu training, and mastering Italian so I could better appreciate some operas I loved.

I began to discover new ways to earn money and developed a passion for traveling. After while I was having so much fun that I virtually forgot that my original goal was to find a way to get my girlfriend back.

Coping with breakup is always difficult, but the chances for a positive outcome can be increased by putting an emotionally healthy plan in action.
